01Who we are and this agreement
Orolens is owned and provided by Adfinite Solutions LLP (“Adfinite”, “we”, “us”) on an “as is” basis. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Adfinite and cover the Orolens website, the app, our API and any related service (together, “Orolens”).
By creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or otherwise using Orolens, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use Orolens for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you are allowed to do so. If you do not agree, do not use Orolens.
02Accounts and workspaces
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Orolens is a tool for businesses and professionals.
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Your work lives in a workspace. Workspace owners can invite members as owners, editors or viewers, and only owners can buy plans and credits. Owners are responsible for what their members do in the workspace.
- If you think someone has used your account without permission, contact us straight away.
03What Orolens does
Orolens turns your product photos and instructions into new product images using artificial intelligence. You can upload photos, import products from your store or a public store link, connect a Shopify store, use our templates and run batches across many products.
We keep improving Orolens, so we may add, change or remove features, templates and AI models at any time. We aim to keep Orolens available around the clock but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
04AI providers and your data
The photos, prompts and other data you provide are processed through different large language model (LLM) and generative AI service providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and models available through OpenRouter.
By using Orolens, you also allow us to use the data you provide for internal testing and evaluation of the service.
How each AI provider processes data depends on its own terms and policies. Providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and the Google Gemini API state in their terms that data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models. That is their commitment, as their terms and policies state it: we cannot guarantee it on their behalf or for any other provider’s models, and we are not responsible for how those providers handle data.
05Plans, credits and payment
Orolens runs on credits. Each image or action shows its credit cost before you start it. Credits are deducted when the work finishes successfully; the cost covers the AI processing needed to get there, such as preparing the prompt and automatic retries. A generation that fails is not charged.
- Monthly plans add a set number of plan credits at every paid renewal. Plan credits are used first and expire at the next renewal, so unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Extra credits can be bought only while the workspace has an active plan. They are used after plan credits and carry over from month to month. If the plan ends, extra credits are paused and come back with your next plan payment.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another workspace or person, and cannot be exchanged or resold. Credits we give outside a purchase, such as a trial or a goodwill top-up, can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your full card details.
Plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its credits stay usable until the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before a change affects your plan. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
06Refunds
A payment can be refunded only if none of the credits it added have been used. The full rules, and how to ask for a refund, are in our Refund Policy.
07Your content
“Your content” means the photos, product details, prompts, logos and other material you upload, import or type into Orolens. You keep all rights you have in it.
You give Adfinite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content as needed to run Orolens for you, to send it to the AI providers that process it, for internal testing and evaluation, and for the showcase described below. This licence ends when your content is deleted from Orolens, except for copies already in backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule.
You confirm that:
- you own your content or have every permission needed to use it in Orolens;
- any person shown in a photo you upload has agreed to it being used to create new images; and
- your content does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
Keep your own copies of anything important. Orolens is not a backup service, and you should download the images you need.
08Images Orolens creates
As between you and us, you own the images Orolens generates for you (“outputs”) and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including in your store, marketplaces and advertising. We claim no ownership of them.
AI models work from patterns, so other users may receive images that look similar to yours, and in some countries AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright. Outputs are also subject to the usage rules of the AI provider that made them.
Check every image before you publish it. AI images can contain mistakes: a changed stone, metal colour, engraving, pattern, size or proportion, extra or missing details, or text that is wrong. You are responsible for making sure that what you publish represents your product honestly and complies with the rules of the marketplaces and ad platforms you use and with consumer protection law.
09Showcase of Orolens images
We may show images made with Orolens, and the product photos they were made from, on our website, in the app and in our marketing as examples of what Orolens can do. We will not name your business alongside them without your permission.
If you would rather we did not show your images, contact us and we will remove them.
10Acceptable use
Do not use Orolens to:
- break any law, or help someone else do so;
- upload or create content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, design or other rights, including product photos taken from other sellers without permission;
- create images that misrepresent a product in a way meant to deceive buyers, or counterfeit another brand’s products or packaging;
- depict a real, identifiable person without their consent, impersonate anyone, or create sexual content of any kind, and never any content involving minors;
- create hateful, violent, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
- get around credit limits, share accounts outside your workspace, resell access to Orolens, or use it to build a competing product;
- probe, scan, overload or attack our systems, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; or
- upload malware or anything designed to harm Orolens or its users.
AI providers have their own content rules, and requests that break them may be refused. We may remove content or limit an account that we reasonably believe breaks this section.
11Other third-party services
Orolens also works with services we do not control, such as Shopify when you connect a store, Google when you sign in with Google, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
12Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Orolens at any time. To close your account and delete your data, contact us using the email on your account. Cancel any active plan first so it does not renew.
We may suspend or close an account, with notice where reasonable, if it breaks these terms, if a payment is disputed or fails, if we need to for security or fraud reasons, or if the law requires it.
The parts of these terms about your content, generated images, the showcase, disclaimers, liability, claims and governing law continue to apply after your account is closed, to the extent they are relevant.
13Disclaimers
Orolens is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, including any implied promise that Orolens or its outputs will be fit for a particular purpose, accurate, error-free or uninterrupted, or that outputs will not resemble existing material. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Adfinite and its partners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to Orolens, even if we were told it could happen. We are not responsible for how third-party AI and service providers process data under their own terms.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to Orolens is limited to the amount you paid for Orolens in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
15Your responsibility for claims
You agree to defend and compensate Adfinite against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs brought by someone else that arise from your content, the images you publish, your breach of these terms or your breach of any law or third-party right.
16Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or about Orolens, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the problem with you.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Orolens and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Orolens after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using Orolens and cancel your plan.
